Kastellaun – A woman gave unassisted birth to a daughter at a festival camping last week. This happened at Nature One near the German place Kastellaun. The mother told the first aid crew she didn’t know she was pregnant.
The woman and her baby were brought to a hospital for examination. Both are doing well.
The organization of the techno festival was also shocked by a death. A 20-year-old man passed away after losing consciousness. The emergency doctor failed to resuscitate him. The cause of death is still unknown, but the police do not exclude a crime.
The 23rd edition of the music festival on a former US military base attracted 56,000 visitors.
